Their ISO 9001 certification process ensures that the grain size of each forging batch meets the requirements of the ASTM E112 standard and that the ultrasonic inspection pass rate is always above 99.8%. In particular, the computer temperature control system adopted in the heat treatment workshop is appreciated, so that the fluctuation range of HB hardness value is controlled within ±15.
