Stauchen und Lochen<\/h5><p>Der Rohling wird in einem Elektroofen unter hoher Temperatur vorgeformt, wobei zun\u00e4chst ein ringf\u00f6rmiger, kuchenartiger, vorstehender Rohling entsteht.<\/p><h5>3. Perforationsbearbeitung<\/h5><p>Mit Hilfe einer hydraulischen Schmiedeanlage werden L\u00f6cher in die Mitte des Rohblocks gestanzt, um einen \u201edonutf\u00f6rmigen\u201d Rohling zu formen, der sich f\u00fcr den nachfolgenden Prozess des Gewindeschneidens eignet.<\/p><h5>4. Ringwalzen<\/h5><p>Der Rohling wird in die Ringwalzmaschine gegeben. Durch eine spezielle Werkzeugkombination und unter Einwirkung radialer und axialer Walzkr\u00e4fte flie\u00dft das Metall in Umfangsrichtung, der Durchmesser nimmt allm\u00e4hlich zu, die Wandst\u00e4rke nimmt ab und die H\u00f6he wird gleichzeitig beibehalten oder angepasst. <\/p><h5>5.
