la precisi\u00f3n dimensional, y se lleva a cabo normalmente mediante un proceso controlado de <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><b><a href=\"https:\/\/www.weforging.com\/es\/hot-forging\/\">forjado en caliente<\/a><\/b><\/strong><\/span>.<\/p><p><strong><b>Preparaci\u00f3n y calentamiento de palanquillas<\/b><\/strong><br>Las palanquillas de acero al carbono se seleccionan seg\u00fan los grados especificados y se calientan a temperaturas de forja, normalmente entre 1050 \u00b0C y 1250 \u00b0C. Un control adecuado de la temperatura garantiza una plasticidad suficiente sin un crecimiento excesivo del grano. <\/p><p><strong><b>Operaciones de forja en caliente<\/b><\/strong><br>La forja se realiza mediante <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><b><a href=\"https:\/\/www.weforging.com\/es\/open-die-forging\/\">forja en matriz abierta<\/a><\/b><\/strong><\/span> o <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><b><a href=\"https:\/\/www.weforging.com\/es\/closed-die-forging\/\">forja en matriz cerrada<\/a><\/b><\/strong><\/span>, dependiendo de la geometr\u00eda de la pieza y del volumen de producci\u00f3n. La deformaci\u00f3n controlada alinea el flujo de grano con la forma funcional del componente. <\/p><p><strong><b>Recorte y acondicionamiento de superficies<\/b><\/strong><br>Despu\u00e9s del forjado, se elimina el material sobrante. Se pueden aplicar tratamientos superficiales, como el granallado, para preparar las piezas de acero al carbono forjadas para su mecanizado. <\/p><p><strong><b>Tratamiento t\u00e9rmico (si es necesario)<\/b><\/strong><br>Se pueden aplicar <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><b><a href=\"https:\/\/www.weforging.com\/es\/heat-treating-process-types\/\">procesos de tratamiento t\u00e9rmico<\/a><\/b><\/strong><\/span>, como la normalizaci\u00f3n, el temple o el revenido, para conseguir propiedades mec\u00e1nicas espec\u00edficas.<\/p><p><strong><b>Mecanizado CNC e inspecci\u00f3n<\/b><\/strong><br>El mecanizado garantiza la precisi\u00f3n dimensional en las superficies funcionales. La inspecci\u00f3n dimensional y la verificaci\u00f3n de los materiales garantizan la consistencia de la calidad. seg\\u00fan los grados especificados y se calientan a temperaturas de forja, normalmente entre 1050 \\u00b0C y 1250 \\u00b0C.
