Tempra ad alta frequenza (induzione) \u2013 Indurimento selettivo<\/h3><p>La tempra a induzione utilizza l&#8217;induzione elettromagnetica per riscaldare rapidamente un&#8217;area specifica prima della tempra. \u00c8 comunemente utilizzata per alberi, ingranaggi e piste di cuscinetti in cui solo alcune superfici richiedono un&#8217;elevata durezza. <\/p><h3>6. Tempra \u2013 Ottenere un&#8217;elevata durezza<\/h3><p>La tempra raffredda rapidamente l&#8217;acciaio, in genere in acqua, olio o polimeri, per ottenere un&#8217;elevata durezza e resistenza. Molti componenti con superficie temprata (dopo la cementazione o il riscaldamento a induzione) passano successivamente alla fase di tempra. <\/p><h3>7. Rinvenimento \u2013 Equilibrio tra durezza e tenacit\u00e0<\/h3><p>Il rinvenimento consiste nel riscaldare l&#8217;acciaio temprato a una temperatura inferiore per ridurne la fragilit\u00e0, mantenendone la durezza. Ci\u00f2 garantisce un buon equilibrio tra tenacit\u00e0 e resistenza, in particolare per ingranaggi, alberi e altri componenti sottoposti a carico. <\/p><h3>8. Rettifica: ottenere dimensioni di precisione<\/h3><p>La rettifica \u00e8 in genere la fase finale dopo il trattamento termico.
