Nella produzione industriale sono comunemente utilizzati quattro metodi principali.<\/p><h3 data-section-id=\"ywp234\" data-start=\"3352\" data-end=\"3391\">Cementazione (Cementazione + Tempra)<\/h3><p data-start=\"3393\" data-end=\"3568\">\u00c8 il processo pi\u00f9 diffuso per ingranaggi soggetti a carichi elevati. La cementazione arricchisce la superficie di carbonio mentre la tempra forma uno strato martensitico duro.<\/p><p data-start=\"3570\" data-end=\"3704\">Il risultato \u00e8 una superficie molto resistente combinata con un nucleo tenace, che garantisce un\u2019elevata resistenza a pitting e usura.<\/p><h3 data-section-id=\"shh7d1\" data-start=\"3711\" data-end=\"3750\">Nitrurazione (diffusione dell\u2019azoto)<\/h3><p data-start=\"3752\" data-end=\"3891\">La nitrurazione \u00e8 un processo di trattamento termico a bassa temperatura (500\u2013550 \u00b0C) che diffonde azoto nella superficie dell\u2019ingranaggio.<\/p><p data-start=\"3893\" data-end=\"4097\">Poich\u00e9 non avviene trasformazione di fase, si ottiene una <strong data-start=\"3951\" data-end=\"3987\">minima deformazione dimensionale<\/strong> e un\u2019eccellente stabilit\u00e0 geometrica. La cementazione arricchisce la superficie di carbonio mentre la tempra forma uno strato martensitico duro.<\\\/p><p data-start=\\\"3570\\\" data-end=\\\"3704\\\">Il risultato \\u00e8 una superficie molto resistente combinata con un nucleo tenace, che garantisce un\\u2019elevata resistenza a pitting e usura.<\\\/p><h3 data-section-id=\\\"shh7d1\\\" data-start=\\\"3711\\\" data-end=\\\"3750\\\">Nitrurazione (diffusione dell\\u2019azoto)<\\\/h3><p data-start=\\\"3752\\\" data-end=\\\"3891\\\">La nitrurazione \\u00e8 un processo di trattamento termico a bassa temperatura (500\\u2013550 \\u00b0C) che diffonde azoto nella superficie dell\\u2019ingranaggio.<\\\/p><p data-start=\\\"3893\\\" data-end=\\\"4097\\\">Poich\\u00e9 non avviene trasformazione di fase, si ottiene una <strong data-start=\\\"3951\\\" data-end=\\\"3987\\\">minima deformazione dimensionale<\\\/strong> e un\\u2019eccellente stabilit\\u00e0 geometrica. Questo metodo \\u00e8 ideale per ingranaggi di precisione o ad alta velocit\\u00e0.<\\\/p><h3 data-section-id=\\\"xr8lej\\\" data-start=\\\"4104\\\" data-end=\\\"4153\\\">Tempra a induzione (riscaldamento localizzato)<\\\/h3><p data-start=\\\"4155\\\" data-end=\\\"4278\\\">La tempra a induzione utilizza il riscaldamento elettromagnetico per indurire zone specifiche dei denti dell\\u2019ingranaggio.<\\\/p><p data-start=\\\"4280\\\" data-end=\\\"4418\\\">\\u00c8 particolarmente adatta per ingranaggi di grandi dimensioni o componenti in cui solo alcune aree richiedono elevata resistenza all\\u2019usura.<\\\/p><h3 data-section-id=\\\"1b9e8hy\\\" data-start=\\\"4425\\\" data-end=\\\"4464\\\">Tempra totale (indurimento in massa)<\\\/h3><p data-start=\\\"4466\\\" data-end=\\\"4666\\\">La tempra totale indurisce l\\u2019intera sezione dell\\u2019ingranaggio.
