Forging and Machining Process

The material is heated to controlled forging temperatures between 900–1150 °C, where it is precision-forged using closed-die equipment. This process refines the internal grain structure and increases metal density, producing a compact and uniform structure ideal for high-pressure performance.
Following forging, each piece undergoes a carefully managed heat treatment sequence—including normalizing, quenching, and tempering—to achieve a balanced combination of hardness and ductility. After heat treatment, CNC machining is performed on all critical areas such as mounting flanges, sealing bores, and threaded interfaces. Multi-axis CNC centers ensure precise dimensional control, perfect surface finish, and seamless alignment during assembly.
